The Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 stroller is a three-wheeled stroller that allows you to carry your child from birth(using an infant car seat) till they are much older – up to 5 years . It is a brand new design that features the Baby Jogger Style; perfect for parents who don’t want to compromise. It is equipped with air rubber tires and an all-wheel suspension for relaxed stroll on any terrain. It has an adjustable handlebar and hand-operated parking brake for easy and comfortable control and steering. The included infant car seat adapter is compatible with all Baby Jogger infant car seats and the jersey-type fabric feels softer and nicer for baby’s skin. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 stroller 5-point harness strap have padded covers to provide baby with safety and comfy ride. The backrest reclines deeply so the child can comfortably nap during the stroll, but keep in mind that the lowest position is not fully flat – I wouldn’t recommend it for newborns. To recline the seat back you need to use the strap and buckle.

The seat can be lowered with one hand. However, you will need to use both hands to raise it. All versions of Baby Jogger City Mini GT since 2016 have the same reclining mechanism. The seat has vented top which is very useful on hot/sunny days as it provides extra ventilation. On chilly days, the vent ca be closed with a retractable cover. The newest Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 2019 has adjustable calf rest which is a huge improvement. The child can prop their feet up during the nap time. Also, it has an adjustable calf rest for more comfortable napping on-the-go. GT2 have not one! , but two peek-a-boo windows on the canopy Therefore you can always check on your little passenger, no matter if you’re using fully open canopy or just 1 panel. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Stroller was upgraded in 2019 with an improved silent magnetic peek-a-boo window. Baby’s First All-Terrain Vehicle 

With forever-air rubber tires and all-wheel suspension, it has 3-wheel design with 8.5″ all-terrain tires that never go flat. Thanks to those wheels, parents are able to stroll on pretty much any type of terrain. The all-wheel suspension makes the ride even smoother. You can not only run errands and stroll around the city but also go over gravel, cracked sidewalks, cobbled streets, grass or even dirt roads. Your baby will have comfortable ride and will be protected from negative impact of shocks.

Capacity

The stroller has a high capacity of 65 lbs. This is quite high compared to most strollers on the market. And it allows you to use the stroller for a longer time as your child wont outgrow the stroller quickly compared to a lower weight capacity stroller. Break

City Mini GT2 have hand-operated brake. This brake is not located on the handlebar, like most handbrakes are. The toggle is below the handlebar, just on the right side of the canopy. It’s not only easy to use, but it’s also perfect for parents who like to wear sandals or flip flops often times.

Canopy

The large UV 50+ canopy will protect baby from the sun, while the canopy’s magnetic peek-a-boo window allows you to sneak a peek inside. With this oversized hood, you will be able to enjoy the summer strolls without worrying about sunburns.

Multi-Position Recline:

The stroller is able to recline into an almost completely flat position. This is great for giving your kid comfort.

Although Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 has gone a makeover and has many upgraded features, it weighs less – 21.4 pounds. It’s really not that much as for a stroller that handles almost any type of terrain. One of the biggest advantages of this stroller is the quick one-hand fold. Thanks to patented technology you can fold City Mini GT and GT2 within few second while holding your baby in other arm. Both models fold down the same. You just simply pull a handle, which is hidden in the middle of the seat, and the stroller folds itself and locks automatically.

Storage

Stash everything you need for your life on the go with ample storage in the seatback and a large under-seat basket that holds up to 10 lb. GT2 have additional mesh storage pocket on the back of the seat, where parents can hold their essentials like a wallet, phone or a bottle of water. It’s nice to have the possibility to keep the valuables at hand.

Handle bar

The handlebar hasn’t been changed and it’s the same for City Mini GT 2016-2018 and City Mini GT2 2019. The grip has rubberized rings which make it not only more durable, but also convenient to hold. Most of the strollers have foam cover on the handlebar which is of course prone to tearing. GT2 have adjustable pivoting handlebar. The range of height setting is really impressive: from 30″ to 43.5″ from the ground. Even very short and tall people can push this stroller conveniently without wrist fatigue or back pain caused by slouching.
